THE GLENBOURNE IDENTITY REDBULL BMX JAM
GLENBOURNE PARK, HALIFAX, NS
Redbull team rider Drew Bezanson is a natural on a BMX and probably spends more time on his bike than off. Growing up in
Truro, Nova Scotia, he started to ride a bike at the early age of two, so it’s no surprise that amateur BMX riders want to get
tips from him. On Saturday, May 28, bike enthusiasts will celebrate the re-opening of the Glenbourne Park, which was
designed in collaboration with Drew and in the afternoon, clinics will be offered for all BMX riders, plus a jam-style contest
in which Drew will take part.
The Glenbourne Park has been completely revamped with major improvements to the run-in’s, Pump Track, and the park
was brought back to a standard that will be fully functional. All of the features will be brought to the next level, so it can be
used as a proper community bike park again.
